How to Make this Easy Rainbow Fruit Platter
Ingredients List
For this Customizable Rainbow Fruit Board, I used the following fruits. This recipe is totally flexible to your family's tastes and you can really use whatever fruit you prefer. This festive rainbow fruit board provided a snack for about 12 kids (I ended up making 2 boards, so I doubled this recipe below). Depending on how large or small your fruit is, you may need to adjust your measurements.
1 lb of Strawberries
2 Medium Navel Oranges
1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
1 Large English Cucumber, sliced (no need to seed or peel if using this variety)
1 pint of Blueberries
2 1/2 Cups of Purple Grapes (I used kitchen scissors to trim them in small clusters)

Kitchen Tools List:
Sharp Knife and Cutting Board
I brought this rainbow fruit platter to my daughter's school on her birthday as a fun, festive treat. It was really easy to transport with this Faberware Bamboo Wooden Board with Clear Locking Lid. Highly recommend this snack board; it transports easily, stays locked, keeps the bugs and flies out, and is more eco friendly than plastic wrap or foil.
