You don’t have to navigate the world of family feeding alone. I’m Jenna, the creator of Our Nourished Kitchen—a space dedicated to simple, low-sugar, and allergy-friendly recipes.

After giving birth to my second daughter in 2022, I suddenly developed severe sensitivities to gluten and dairy. Having never experienced allergies before, I took control of my nutrition. I eliminated gluten and dairy to heal my body—and the dramatic diet change worked. My symptoms subsided, and since then, I have overhauled my family's diet, discovering joy and deliciousness along the way.
